Important Notice: These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player," "User," or "you") and olx23 (the "Platform," "Company," "we," or "us"). By registering an account with olx23, accessing the platform, placing a bet, or using any service provided by olx23, you expressly acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, as well as all policies referenced herein, including but not limited to our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy. These Terms & Conditions may be updated or modified from time to time at olx23's sole discretion. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the platform after any modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically. If you do not agree to any modification, you must cease using the platform and close your Account.
To create an account and use the olx23 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:
21+ Only: olx23 is committed to preventing underage gambling. All new accounts undergo identity verification (KYC). Players found to be under 21 years of age will have their accounts permanently closed, and all deposits will be returned (minus any winnings). We encourage parents and guardians to use parental control software to restrict minors' access to gambling websites.
To create an account on olx23, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, phone number, and preferred username. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information is a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate account termination and reporting to relevant authorities.
olx23 is required to verify the identity of all Players to comply with anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and to prevent fraud and underage gambling. As part of our Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures, you may be required to submit copies of government-issued identification (such as Indonesian KTP national identity card or passport), proof of address (utility bill or bank statement), and a selfie or photograph for facial verification. Failure to complete KYC verification within 14 days of account creation may result in account suspension. Withdrawals cannot be processed until KYC verification is successfully completed.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You agree not to share your login credentials with any third party. All activity conducted under your account is your responsibility, regardless of whether such activity was authorized by you. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify olx23 customer support immediately at [email protected]. olx23 is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.
olx23 reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend, or permanently close any account at our sole discretion, including but not limited to cases involving suspected fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, collusion, use of automated betting tools (bots), violation of these Terms & Conditions, or behavior deemed harmful to the platform or other Players. In such cases, olx23 may withhold funds pending investigation.
olx23 accepts deposits via the following Indonesian payment methods: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All transactions are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000 (ten thousand Rupiah). The maximum deposit amount per transaction is Rp 100.000.000 (one hundred million Rupiah), subject to change based on payment provider limits.
Deposits are typically processed instantly and reflected in your Account Balance within 60 seconds. In rare cases, processing may take up to 15 minutes due to payment provider delays or system maintenance. If your deposit does not appear within 30 minutes, contact customer support with your transaction reference number. olx23 does not charge fees for deposits, but your bank or payment provider may impose their own transaction fees.
To request a withdrawal, you must have completed KYC verification and met any applicable bonus wagering requirements. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000 (fifty thousand Rupiah). The maximum withdrawal amount per transaction is Rp 50.000.000 (fifty million Rupiah). Withdrawals can only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your name, matching the name on your olx23 account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
olx23 processes most withdrawal requests within 5 to 30 minutes during business hours (Monday–Sunday, 00:00–23:59 WIB). Withdrawals requested outside business hours or during system maintenance periods may experience delays of up to 6 hours. Large withdrawal amounts (exceeding Rp 25.000.000) may require additional verification and take up to 24 hours to process. olx23 does not charge withdrawal fees for the first three (3) withdrawals per calendar month; subsequent withdrawals incur a 2% processing fee.
olx23 maintains strict anti-money laundering procedures. All deposited funds must be wagered at least once (1x rollover requirement) before withdrawal, unless the withdrawal is requested within 24 hours of deposit without placing any bets. Suspicious transaction patterns, including but not limited to frequent large deposits followed by immediate withdrawals, may trigger additional verification or account review. olx23 reserves the right to report suspicious activity to relevant authorities.
Bonuses and promotions offered by olx23 are subject to specific terms and conditions, which are published on the promotions page and must be read in conjunction with these Terms & Conditions. Bonuses are generally available to Players who meet minimum deposit requirements, have completed KYC verification, and have not previously abused bonus offers. olx23 reserves the right to exclude any Player from bonus eligibility at our sole discretion.
All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements (also known as rollover or playthrough requirements) before they can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., "25x bonus"). For example, a Rp 100.000 bonus with a 25x wagering requirement means you must place Rp 2.500.000 in qualifying wagers before the bonus and any associated winnings become withdrawable. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements: slots typically contribute 100%, table games may contribute 10-20%, and certain games may not contribute at all. Specific contribution percentages are listed in each promotion's terms.
olx23 strictly prohibits bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, using betting strategies designed solely to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk (such as betting both red and black in roulette), colluding with other Players, or any other activity intended to exploit bonuses. Players found engaging in bonus abuse will have all bonuses and associated winnings forfeited and their accounts permanently closed.
Bonuses and associated wagering requirements must be completed within the time period specified in the promotion terms (typically 7 to 30 days from the date of bonus activation). Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified period will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings. Once a bonus expires, it cannot be reinstated.
All games available on olx23 are powered by certified third-party software providers, including but not limited to Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, PGSoft, and Asia Gaming. All games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. RTP (Return to Player) percentages are published for each game where applicable. olx23 does not manipulate game outcomes and has no control over the RNG or results of any game.
All bets are subject to acceptance by olx23. olx23 reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at our sole discretion. Once a bet is confirmed and accepted by the system, it cannot be cancelled or modified by the Player. In the event of a technical error, obvious pricing mistake, or system malfunction, olx23 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to Players. Settlement of bets is based on the official results published by the relevant sports governing body or game provider.

The platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, technical issues, server failures, network outages, or circumstances beyond our control. olx23 is not liable for any loss, damage, or inconvenience resulting from platform unavailability.
The olx23 platform and all services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. olx23 does not warrant that the platform will be error-free, secure, or free from viruses or other harmful components. olx23 does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of information displayed on the platform, including but not limited to odds, scores, and game results.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, olx23 and its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages arising out of or related to your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, whether based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other legal theory, even if olx23 has been advised of the possibility of such damages. In no event shall olx23's total aggregate liability exceed the amount deposited by the Player into their account during the six (6) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless olx23 and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your breach of these Terms & Conditions, your use of the platform, your violation of any law or the rights of a third party, or any content you submit to the platform.
You may close your olx23 account at any time by contacting customer support at [email protected]. Before closing your account, you must withdraw all funds from your Account Balance (subject to applicable wagering requirements and verification procedures). Once your account is closed, you will no longer have access to your transaction history or account information.
olx23 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these Terms & Conditions, suspected fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, use of prohibited software, or behavior deemed harmful to olx23 or other Players. In the event of termination, olx23 will return your Account Balance (minus any bonuses, winnings from voided bets, or amounts subject to investigation) to your registered bank account or e-wallet, unless we are legally required to withhold funds.
Accounts with no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months are considered inactive. olx23 reserves the right to charge a monthly maintenance fee of Rp 50.000 on inactive accounts. If your Account Balance falls to zero due to inactivity fees, your account may be permanently closed.
If you have a complaint or dispute related to your use of the olx23 platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting our customer support team at [email protected]. Please provide a detailed description of the issue, relevant transaction IDs or bet IDs, and any supporting documentation. olx23 will investigate your complaint and respond within 7 business days. If the dispute cannot be resolved through customer support, you may escalate the matter to our compliance team by sending a formal written complaint to the same email address with "FORMAL COMPLAINT" in the subject line. olx23's decision on any dispute is final and binding.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with international online gaming law and the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which olx23 is licensed to operate. Any disputes, claims, or controversies arising out of or relating to these Terms & Conditions or your use of the olx23 platform that cannot be resolved through the dispute resolution process outlined in Section 11 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the licensing jurisdiction. By using olx23, you consent to the jurisdiction and venue of such courts and waive any objection as to inconvenient forum.
